    This is getting ridiculous, I have been reporting he channels have been wrong on the Xbox one and cleared my Xbox one but still many of the channels are wrong. I would volunteer to update it myself if you gave Xbox live vets like me (12years of live, beta
    tested Xbox live in 2001, owned every Xbox console at launch and currently own 2 XBOX ONE's) the ability to send a updated channel list and if more then a few send the same list then it updates automatically. The Kinect and OneGuide are useless for changing
    channels if most of them are wrong, all my friends using Rogers Cable in Toronto are also having the same problem. Microsoft purchased a channel listing company, shouldn't they be updating these lists monthly? Seems you are relying on Rogers to send you a
    updated channel list but I don't see why it's their problem, it's your service. Please fix this ASAP or I will have to file a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau because the channels have been wrong for 3-4 months, and this is inexcusable, especially
    since me and all my friends report it in the Xbox one report system on the console yet you guys do nothing. I have cleared the OneGuide data, I do this daily hoping for an updated channel list, but as a huge supporter I'm getting very discouraged, and if this
    issue isn't solved soon I will need to escalate my complaint to the BBB but I'm hoping Microsoft will do the right thing and investigate this issue and implement a user updated list that can be reviewed and implemented if correct. Why can't we just change
    the channels on our system itself?

    Xbox OneGuide Missing / Wrong Channels

    Hi, I live in Ontario and have set up my Xbox One to my Rogers cable provider. There are a few channels that are listed incorrectly on the OneGuide.

    Rogers changed a few of the channels 6 months ago but it looks like the OneGuide is using the older channel listings. Who should I talk to in updating this?

    Thanks for the advice. I went into settings, cleared out everything and still the old channels remain.

    I'm guessing it's a Rogers issue, but their support wouldn't know what I'm talking about. I'll just have to wait I guess.

    Anyone else seeing this issue?

    Hey there, mrGREEK360! I'm sorry to see that your channels aren't displaying accurately. You will want to report that through the OneGuide Troubleshooter so that the right teams can get on resolving that. This thread is a bit old. If you need assistance

    There is a feature to report the channels as being wrong. When the channels are listed incorrectly on the screen hold the Guide button on the controller and then choose Report Issue. It will provide a screen shot with your explanation so the dev's can
    see what the issue is.
