OneGuide missing channels

My cable provider has added several new HD channels over the past 5-6 months. None of these new channels are showing up in the OneGuide listings. I have used the 'Clear OneGuide' option under settings several times and I've turned off the channel filters,
but the new channels still are not listed. It would be nice if we could manually add channels and tie them to their network, especially for non-local cable networks like CNN and NFL Network Cable provider = Cable ONE, Inc. Zip code = 36207 Missing channels:

Xbox OneGuide Missing Channels - DirecTV

Missing channels in the Oneguide as well. Major networks missing like NBC.

 

Live TV, Vodafone IPTV, Portugal

The OneGuide channel list is missing a lot of channels from Vodafone IPTV Portugal. On another the mapping between channel information and channel numbers in Oneguide is wrong on some channels. For instance selecting FoxLife HF on Oneguide shows AXN.

That makes it mostly unreliable hence unusable.

Don't know where to report problems regarding this.

 

It's been nearly a year since I've been able to use One Guide due to bad channel information. As my cable provider continues to add and move channels these changes rarely appear in One Guide. I have make several attempts to get help with this through forums,
chat, email and report submission on my Xbox One. I really don't understand how TiVo can update new channels or channel changes within 24-48 hours, but it takes months and multiple requests to get updates to the One Guide channel listings. There needs to
be a method to either submit these updates via a form or allow me to add channels manually to my One Guide. Once again I am listing the channel additions, changes and bad listings below:

At one point, when I first setup Xbox One with Dish, I was getting local network TV channels. At some point I did a RESET, and now it's going all Digital, including obscure channels (crazy number of them), but I am missing ALL my local network channels!!

Because I am doing "passthru" to SONY Amp, and have several device codes, older Samsung TV it doesn't know how to control unless I specify precise model, I was relunctant to reset again and get the same result. Other on the internet have this problem. I
reported it through XBox One / OneGuide / Troubleshooting as feedback, but would like an easy fix.

 

UPDATE: PROBLEM SOLVED! By my walking through the OneGuide Settings, as I was writing the above, this time it did pull in the local channels under 100, and Kinect is selecting them just fine, "XBox Watch NBC", etc.
