OneGuide is not showing information

OneGuide is not showing the information in the guide. The information is there it just isn't showing it.

You can get the info if you do like this:

1. Choose a channel to get fullscreen TV (No info showing)

2. Press back to show the guide. (No info showing)

3. Press the middle button on the remote (guessing it is A on the controller) on the same channel you were watching to go back to fullscreen TV. (Info showing)

So the info is there, it's just a bug that it is not showing the info in the guide or when you first start watching a channel.

This is in Sweden and using a Xbox One Digital TV Tuner.

Staying on the title of the thread and reading previous threads are important. No worries, such is the nature of forums everywhere. This thread is about OneGuide showing incorrect information after TWC changed the lineup. As Studbucket33 said you can PM
me or him, with the information requested (see post above by Studbucket33), only if the OneGuide has incorrect data: example, HBO shows as 59 but is actually 155.

Remove or hide channels in the guide for OTA channels not coming in?

I'm looking for this too. Oneguide is showing channels my Leaf doesn't pick up.

 

I have exactly the same problem since I bought the TV tuner few days ago. I am in Austria.

I have already tried everything that the troubleshooter suggest. And the thing is that if you read my first post again that the information is available but it doesnt show up unless you do this:

Hey, Larni Weskel! Did you report it through your console like step 5 suggests? You will want to follow those steps, and that is sent to the right team to look into. Thanks!

 

Ok, I have reported it now. The choices on the error reporting on the console is not exactly right to this problem. The information is there, only it's not showing up unless you follow the steps in my first post.

And hard to explain on the console. Too much job writing with the hand control.
