    I am creating a new thread for this issue.

    Guide data has been missing since mid-December. According to the old thread a fix was put in place however this didn't help the issue for me at all. I'm in Australia.

    Xbox Support tweeted that they were aware of the issue as recently as Jan 2nd:

    I'd love to but they aren't responding. Last tweet from the 2nd was "closing in" on a fix and then nothing. And it isn't listed as an issue here:

    Is there additional info somewhere showing that they're aware that it's ongoing?

    I would keep checking with Xbox support as they have been working on this issue. They do have technicians running through possible solutions.
