Discus and support OneGuide full of "no info available" on every OTA channel in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Two Xboxes, both have "no info available" for every OTA channel.     OneGuide full of "no info available" on every OTA channel


    Two Xboxes, both have "no info available" for every OTA channel. This started about 15 hours ago (15-Dec-2019).

    Have tried "Clear OneGuide" and "Clear History" on both. Have removed the provider and added it back on both. Have rescanned channels on both. All channels work. Even picked up an extra channel. When I tune to some channels, I do get "Airing Now" and "Airing
    Next" program info that is correct, but even that doesn't show up in the OneGuide.

    Both consoles are on the network and on the internet. They share an antenna, but are otherwise independent and functioning normally.

    The fact that it happened to both consoles makes me think it's nothing specific to me -- not clear on why the shared antenna would be the cause of this -- but I haven't found anything that indicates a systemic problem.

    Is it specific to me? What can I do?

    This issue persists for me. Info from Reddit suggests it now may be localized to Australia users.

    I have the same issue. Nothing I've found on the internet resolves the problem. Started on the 15th as well.
