    Oneguide doesn't change channels on my motorola VIP1853


    hello,

    oneguide is unable to change channels on my tv-tuner,

    i've already calibrated my kinect sensor. it recognizes my tv but,

    somehow not my tv-tuner. i also tried manual calibration and the

    support troubleshoot but nothing seems to work. i'm kind of out of options right now

    Can't change channel

    I'm having the same problem, OneGuide won't change the channels on my set-top box. I have Uverse and my set-top box is a Motorola VIP2250. According to the auto scan and to the finder here
    http://www.ueisupport.com/ my remote code is C0858. Still doesn't work. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

    OneGuide in the Netherlands (Nederland)

    I was wondering how to add the Dutch provider KPN (KPN Interactive TV) from the Netherlands to OneGuide.

    I already added the Motorola VIP1853 (it's not working like a charm but I see some controls on my screen) and need to add a zipcode. If I add the Zip-code (from where I live) it's not accepted.

    Any idea how to solve this in the Netherlands?

    OneGuide won't change channels

    I just tried automatically entering it and when I went to devices, it says Motorola (remote code C2378), but changing channels still does not work when I try to use OneGuide. But all my other commands work for everything, I just can't use the command to

    U-Verse won't change channels

    The Motorola box doesn't work well. I changed the device to AT&T instead and it now changes channels and works well.

    OneGuide TV listings missing programme information UK

    I'm having the same issue. Oneguide doesn't display any information for certain channels. Clearing Oneguide and History doesn't have any impact. Also, some channels are missing or in the wrong order.
