This is an odd one. The game is showing as 100% when I load it up and look at the achievements, but when I look at the game from my achievements tab it shows as 90%, and when I click on it, it again shows as 100%. I don't know why this is, The achievement
Curious is the issue, I have done the requirement for it a few times now to no avail.

I've had this happen with several games. Sometimes achievements can take a little while to unlock Some things you can try are power cycling the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts off. Upon restarting it, the achievement may
pop at the home screen.

Removing and redownloading your profile onto the console can also help the achievement to progress and appear.

If neither of these work, just simply playing on the xbox as normal, the achievement will eventually unlock. I had an achievement for Rento Fortune unlock while playing Gears of War 4.

The update patch was the prestige glitch, the super jump glitch, knockout glitch, pretty much all the glitches and mods.

The only bad glitches that i have seen is the marriage glitch and the backwards flying dragon glitch.

Don't forget about the Lightweight, Marathon, Commando care package canister glitch or the javelin glitch or the hiding inside rocks glitch or the superspeed able to jump outside the map glitch.

I've never heard of this glitch, or hack. Its most likely a darksouls glitch. Glitches in darksouls are frequent.
