    I am not really a Microsoft Employee. But it's highly discouraged here to perform self-repairs. You may instead consult with a local tech near you who's expert with repairing or checking Xbox consoles. Sorry to hear about the issue.

    When did this issue start to occur? Does it happen to any games you play?

    I suggest that you try changing HDMI cable or try different TV if the issue is related to your display settings only.

    If it's on your system, you may first try to perform a factory reset to remove potentially corrupted data in your system that may be causing the issue. There's an option to keep your games and apps.
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

    Hi. It is the console. I recorded it and viewd on my phone and it was the same. Do you know what repair will need to be done to fix this, because i can do it myself. I know you probbaly cant help me bc you work for microsoft, but there is no warrenty so i have no choice. Thanks

    Você mentions that the console was opened and inserted into thermal paste, this procedure was carried out in a technical assistance or ideally it would be to take it back to the assistance that carried out the procedure.

    I still have issues with it on my One X where it freezes and crashes. Normally a full restart fixes it for a while, but not sure why yours is not resolved by that
