[One X] Can not play a backwards game

Hello,

I switched from xbox one to xbox one X and when I launch splinter cell belief, I have "The elements of this game or this application are waiting to download to another Xbox." To use cloud storage connect to the Xbox on which you played your last game and
upload the items to the cloud. "

I peeled the menus, erased the game data, removed the old xbox one from the account, nothing to do.

The problem is that the old xbox I have more and there is no way to delete the cloud backup. Even doing as on their tutorial (last paragraph):

Utilisation des parties sauvegardées dans le cloud | Xbox One

I only have internal recorded data ... nothing else.

If I erase everything: the game and the internal data nothing to do always the same error message.

Another person with the same problem:

"Hello, I want to play Dark Souls in retrocompatible except that I can not access the cloud.

I have already played in retro on my One Fat before but in the meantime I switched to One X.

Now when I select the cloud, I have "The elements of this game or this application are waiting for download on another Xbox.To use the cloud storage connect to the Xbox on which you played your last game and download the elements towards the cloud ".

I have tried again with the One Fat and I manage to select the cloud and therefore the storage but while going back on X, it still does not work.

What games play on xb1x

All One games will work on any version of the One. Enhanced just means the game is available in 4k (which the One X will do). You can also play any 360 or original games that are backwards compatible - Xbox One Backward Compatibility

 

Which Xbox games, can be played on which Xbox console?

xbox one games all the xbox one consoles play there are no x games for example its all the same

and the xbox one does play 360 and original xbox games not all of them but a good amount which you can see here Xbox One Backward Compatibility List | Xbox
