One X broke Support lady took care of it but now I'm screwed

i called in yesterday because my fairly new One X failed to start up it keeps freezing bad during the 4k chip animation and if it makes it past it freezes on the green xbox screen also and then pops up failed to start up with e105 and a e106 error codes
I did get it one once but it wpuldnt play any games frankly it wouldn't start any apps so I did a hard reset even disconnected the power like instructed well another error code its broken I noticed it also gets really hot more than my other one x anyways the
lady I spoke too was kinda clueless she didnt even know the difference between the one s and one x she kept me on hold forever we did get through the process finally she said I could get it repaired under warranty and said I would be getting shipping label
and instructions via email I did get one email from her but it was just talking about forms and hoping to get me back in the game soon with her name Belinda Johnson and my service request number #1434150148 I really need to get this taken care of as soon as
possible I need my one x playable I never had any issues with Xbox Support in the past when I needed my Xbox 360's fixed years ago the team was very good I feel like its not nearly the same as it was being that I'm left here wandering what I need to do next
with a brokeN XBOX ONE X #PleaseHelp

Xbox one x scorpio edition dead after 20 mins of play

anyone else had a xbox one x fail? I took the risk about a week ago and purchased another, and to my suprise it broke again, same problem as my first one, the second one lasted a little longer maybe 20 hours of play, i honestly thought i was an unluckily
one with the first xbox one x i got but to say i have owned 2 now and they have both broke by the same problem that is pretty shocking or im seriously unlucky, got a full refund on this one and sadly im giving the one x a miss now

2 xbox one x brought for xmas last month. Now Microsoft do bundles for the same price

Microsoft doesn't care. They screwed over day one XBox One owners when they did pack ins, and price cuts back in 2013/early 14 and their doing it again with the X. I got burnt both times. The next time I'm holding out until they offer a promo. Day One loyalty
means nothing to Microsoft.

Lol MS safe. Their no safer then Sony. I'm amaze at how screwed up this game is. So many games now a days that come out are just trash and broke.

They broke it with an update. (Good job guys) MS took it down until they fixed what they broke. Then they said screw you guys, we're going to Steam. They're offering 25k Souls if you jump ship to Steam. Wow guys thanks. That should last all of 10 minutes.
There are reports that you can still play if you'd already downloaded it. Haven't tried since the news broke. Looks like I'm only getting 29/30 on that one.
