hi, i have been keeping my on the rewards, but this one is not tracking right. i've spent more than enough to qualify on 3 different games and it has only counted 1. is there a problem with the punchcard?

As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since your purchase of Call of Duty was made before this offer existed (October 1) it would not be possible to apply it to this offer.

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order

Pre order punchcard not tracking

I Pre ordered a.c. origins, shadow of war and cod ww2 through the store on my console weeks in advance. A.c. origins and shadow of war have been updated and show as such on my punchcard, however cod ww2 does not. Is there any chance this will be checked
and coorected? If not it will result in me not receiving my 15000 point reward that I should get for pre-order 3 of the titles on the punchcard list.

I'm hoping this will be sorted before the reward expires

The summer spotlight punchcard says it still has seven days remaining. But remember that sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for your purchase to register with the punchcard even if you've already bought something before. On one of the punchcards awhile
back I bought three games in a row. The first two went through but the thrid game didn't add up to the $40 or $50 I had to spend. Finally the punchcard completed two or three days later.

Sometimes punchcards can take 24 hours or more to register. If your purchase completed and in the store it says you own the game and the purchase shows up in your order history then it is being tracked by the punchcard. Some people are having trouble
with the gears of war 5 and resident evil 3 punchcards as well.

Has anyone had any luck getting the Achievement Hunter punchcard to punch? It's been at least 5 days since I finished it but I'm still stuck on the "one achievement" punch. It does say tracking can be delayed "several days," but does that really mean 5+?
My punchcard for Thomas Was Alone triggered fine after only 1-2 days.

We only start tracking for the FREE Ride offer once you opt in. Therefore, only time spent playing in free to play games since you registered on the 16th would be eligible. Once you play five or more hours in a game, a punch will be awarded on the punchcard
for this offer on the FREEdom Rewards page. Once all punches are filled, the offer will be completed.
