One time trial use?

The whole "unlimited access" with a live subscription is so misleading. I understand that 100% of the videos are not free. What I didn't realize was that the 1 or 2 free videos per program were limited to being accessed ONE TIME. For example I tried the
rockin body the other day and the Jillian michaels kickbox. I thought I would be able to access the one free video in these programs over and over. I logged on today and I can't access either of them. They are only available for purchase. I understand they
want us to buy the program but I didn't realize we could only access the demo/trial/free video one time. I guess I will keep using the mossa workouts for now. I already own the insanity, several Jillian michaels and several 10 minute solution dvds so I'm not
purchasing any individual workouts on Xbox. So is there any news about when a fitness subscription will be out or the price?

It seems the plans for a fitness subscription has been ditched. At the very least for this year. Instead of that certain workouts recently became paid (like you experienced) and you can buy those "a la carte".

I didn't even know you could try them once. For me they are all locked, but that's probably because I did them all when they were still free. Would be useful if they showed a message when you are about to start your single free trail.

So can you try all of them once? For example you now did Rockin' Body and Jillian Michaels... can you still do HIIT25/TurboFire at the moment?

I can vouch for the trial restriction. My son has to use my account to trial the games as there is only one time trial per account it seems.

You cant keep using the trial offer. It is for a one time use only or it is supposed to be. Most people get the trial and if they like it they purchase it later. They dont try to get another trial or the same one anyway. If you had a code you could do
that but you are getting a trial i believe. They also convert it depending on certain factors .

The code that comes packed in the Xbox One (Day One Edition or standard edition) is indeed a 14-day trial. The can be using on an Silver account. If you already have a Gold account then the trial card will not work. If you are already using another 14-day
trial card, using this one before the end of the first trial card will not "stack" the cards and you will only have 14 days from the time you redeem it. Hope this answers your questions. If not let us know and we will be more than glad to answer.

A gold trial card only gets you certain gold benefits.

You can not get games for gold with a gold trial.

You can only use one trail card at any time.

If you put in the codes for two one month trails it will not register two months of gold time, only one.
