    FYI, I just received this email response from my Season Pass issue ticket I opened with Square-Enix support (so at least we know they are aware and working on it):

    We are aware that some players are affected by this issue and are currently working together with Microsoft to resolve this as soon as possible.

    A response came from UBISOFT Customer support.

    UBISOFT Customer support said. Please consult with Taito support.

    Taito Customer support said. Please consult with Square Enix Support.

    Square Enix Customer support said. Please consult with Customer Microsoft support.

    Between November and December 2018, I contacted three Customer support of Taito,

    Square Enix, UBISOFT.

    The problem has not been solved so far.

    Final Fantasy IX

    I grabbed the game immediately when I received an email from Square Enix telling me it was available. This is one of my favorite Final Fantasy games. So happy that they released it on the Xbox One.

    Now all we need is for more Square Enix titles to be made available on the Xbox One and everyone wins.

    No Remnant Resistance Pack again.

    So far not yet. Apparently MS is a little embarrassed to admit they *** up the description page for the Deluxe Edition. Talked to Xbox support who were next to useless and referred me to Square Enix which didn't even try. It's on MS though. They handle
    the store content not Square Enix and they are in charge of purchases and downloads.
