One S upgrade promotion and 25$ gift card status

Hi,

I upgraded to a new XBox One S from microsoftstore on 26th December. My order status shows 25$ store credit is completed but I haven't received any code yet. Should I do anything from my end to receive the 50K promotion credits?

Missing gift codes

I recently purchased an xbox one s during a promotion in which one was to receive a free $25 gift code. I did not receive this gift code digitally nor physically with my xbox one s.t

 

Got a $25 microsoft card. It said it went into my account, but there is no money in my account

I bought a 2tb xbox one s on black friday and it was supposed to come with a game and a $25 gift card. Recent purchases says that I did by the microsoft gift card, but the money is not in my account.

 

The promotion running from within the Xbox Rewards Program requires up to 15 business days for the rewards to be deposited into your account. A staff member will be able to check, however you should not expect them until around January 15th, 2017.

The reward team works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

We see that your purchase is currently being processed and should appear as pending Credit soon. However, since you were not selected for the 50,000 Credit offer, you received the default offer of 30,000 Credits. If you had been chosen for either of the
50,000 Credit offers, you would have seen a code for free expedited shipping in your mission page for the offer.
