    ONE S Controller after update lose sound via BT


    Xbox Accessories App start with "Update Required"

    After update 100% - Controller reconnected via BT(BlueTooth), but on sound driver. No sound via BT.

    Bluetooth - Xbox Wireless Controlled, driver version 2006year old.

    Befor all drivers 17.03.2017, sound work properly.

    Xbox One S Controller 3.5mm Headphone Jack, No sound whatsoever

    Same problem. After update software on Controller. No sound device, then connect via BT. And controller recognize as old xbox(2006yo)

    Xbox one controller dead after pressing update

    I plugged my old Xbox one controller into my new Xbox one s and saw there was an available update. when i have pressed it my controller turned off and now wont turn back on even after changing batteries or plugging in via usb. any help?

    I have xbox one s and bluetooth controller. I couldn't manage to pair my bluetooth headset (sony wh-1000xm3) with bluetooth controller. (Since BT devices can not be connected with CONSOLE via bluetooth, I try to connect BT headset with CONTROLLER).

    How can I pair BT headset and controller?

    Sorry to hear about the audio issue! Which headset are you trying to use with your Xbox One S controller? Having those details will help us a bunch. In the meantime, I recommend consulting our

    Xbox One Headset Compatibility     page to make sure the headset/cable you're using is compatible. Be sure to check out the 'Standards for audio jacks' section!

    That's a Series X/S controller right? I think I have the same issue. Pretty sure its related to the same problem many people had just getting these controllers to work on Windows 10 via BT.

    For moment we're just going to have to leave it and hope they fix it with a Windows update. I don't use my Series X controller much on PC as I've got two other Xbox One controllers.
