One S connected to soundbar for atmos, screen flashes

Setup: one s connected to hdmi 1 on LG sk10yg soundbar. Soundbar connect to LG c9 Oled 65” tv through hdmi arc. Downloaded dolby access app, set up in setting hdmi audio bitstream out, bitstream format is atmos for home theater. Had to disconnect rig
headset to access speaker audio. Under display options 4k tv details shows every single option with green check mark. Advanced video modes has everything but 3D check marked. Video fidelity and overscan is set to auto detect. Color depth i have tried both
8 and 10 bit with same result. Home screen is normals but as soon as something such as a video or a game triggers the HDR banner in the top right corner of my screen I either lose video connection and tv says no input detected all while the soundbar says
dolby atmos and I can hear the game sounds, or the soundbars says the same thing and the screen goes black and flashes whatever screen I am on periodically but not for very long. It does not have any problems when playing a 4k blu-ray. I have tried even
using a non arc hdmi input yet the problem persists!

This is EXACTLY how my system is set up. Sound is working perfectly but the video is flashing. Not a constant flash but mainly a black screen then as if the HDR mode keeps resetting, the banner in the upper right corner of the screen signifying hdr has
initialized will get brighter, image that should be showing on screen will appear for a split second and then back to black screen all while the atmos sound never waivers.

Update firmwares for TV, XB1S & Sound bar.
XB1S HDMI OUT (to TV) goes to Sound bar HDMI IN. (DOES NOT GO TO TV)
Sound bar HDMI ARC OUT goes to TV HDMI ARC.
TV AUDIO set to PCM. TV VIDEO set to ARC.
Sound bar audio set to HDMI IN. (NOT HDMI ARC)
XB1S Video set to 4K UHD.
XB1S Audio set to ATMOS.

*Most importantly, XB1S HDMI OUT (to TV) DOES NOT GO TO TV, BUT GOES TO Sound bar IN! XB1S HDMI IN Should NOT BE USED!

So for anyone still struggling with their C9 I believe I found the source of our problem. I turned off the instant game response setting and it works flawlessly. So, technically it was the tv’s issue all along!

I have too sound/picture cutout problems. I have Sony HT-ZF9 3.1 Dolby Atmos Soundbar. It seems to be only when enabling Atmos on Xbox one S. Super annoying. I have latest Sony zf9 soundbar update. It enabled eartc option but that didnt help for the problem
either! Microsoft fix this and fast!!! When i not using atmos on xbox one s everything works just fine.. so its xbox one problem not soundbar or tv! I have sony tv also.
