One S 1TB power issues.

My friends system powers on the the light dims seconds after then system completely shuts down. Can anyone help with this and enlighten me on whats wrong so we can seek repairs. Xbox is out of warranty. Thanks

Both the Xbox One 500GB and 1TB consoles use the same power adapter and the same HDMI connection. The Xbox One S uses a different, internal power supply.

i am having the SAME issue. I am UK based. i have a brand new Xbox One S 1Tb.

Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle (1TB) . The promotion does not apply to all Xbox One S consoles just the Fortnite bundle.
