    I met the requirements for the purchase amount to unlock an additional star for this promotion. But by the looks of things, I have not been given another star.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you were a few cents short of completing the offer. After investigating, it looks like you had a purchase of .99 that put you above the amount required, but that purchase was categorized as a pre-order in our
    database, which caused it to be ignored (pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP). Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your MyVIP up one rank to reflect completion of this offer. After reviewing your account, we see that this missing rank did not
    affect any payback after the boost offer in February. You should see this promotion by the end of next week.

  3. One purchase, one star promotion from FEB 2017...

    I know it's been awhile since the promotion ended but this just came back to memory today after checking my XBOX rewards account and noticing I'm still at the 2 MyVIP star level instead of the 3-star level...I'm fairly certain I met the requirements to purchase
    $100 before the end of FEB 2017...I do see several other support post responses that there was a delay of some sort in processing purchases made on 28 FEB 2017...I do recall some of my purchases were made late in FEB but I do not recall if they were on 28
    FEB or not...would someone from Support please check into this for me...much appreciated....

    After investigating your account, we believe there is an issue with your purchases on February 28th not being processed in time due to a delay in purchase information we experienced around the beginning of March. We have escalated this issue with our platform
    team, and are currently working on a way to boost your rank to the appropriate level, as well as award your payback for February at this level. Apologies for the inconvenience. We'll update this thread when they finish their solution!

    There are two ways to earn Rewards Credits. One is the completion of the offers found on your MyMissions page. The only way to receive Credits for non-offer purchases is through MyVIP payback. However, in order to be eligible for MyVIP payback, you must
    have at least one MyVIP star. To be promoted to your first star, you must make $300 in eligible purchases. Since you did not reach your first MyVIP star until your recent purchases, you have not received any Credits for your previous purchases, since your
    purchases neither completed any offers or were made with a MyVIP star. You can view your MyVIP status at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Since MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending in your account midway through the following month, it is still too early to see Credits pending for your purchases in November which earned you your first MyVIP star.
