One purchase, one star promotion from FEB 2017...

I know it's been awhile since the promotion ended but this just came back to memory today after checking my XBOX rewards account and noticing I'm still at the 2 MyVIP star level instead of the 3-star level...I'm fairly certain I met the requirements to purchase
$100 before the end of FEB 2017...I do see several other support post responses that there was a delay of some sort in processing purchases made on 28 FEB 2017...I do recall some of my purchases were made late in FEB but I do not recall if they were on 28
FEB or not...would someone from Support please check into this for me...much appreciated....

Credit for purchases not showing

Hi I am trying to meet the One Purchase On star mission to add a star to myVIP. According tot he requirements, I need to spend 80.00 before end of Feb to qualify, I also see that it could take up to 96 hours for the purchase to be recognized and that specific
content qualifies.

I have started making purchases since Feb 2, 2017, and have yet to see any of these register when I check the Xbox Live rewards site. As far as I can verify the items purchased also meet the qualification requirements, they are:

Total $14.55

Before takes that's 95.94, the purchases from Feb 4 & 8 should have at least ben counted by now. Please advise.

Why was the date changed on all my purchases that SHOULD have counted toward a special offer?

I received an email on Feb. 2, 2017 saying "Just spend $125 in the Xbox store or Microsoft Movies & TV by February 28, and we'll add one star to your MyVIP star rank for 2017."

Yesterday, Feb. 28, 2017, I spent the remainder of that amount. I even played a few of those games last night-Feb.28, 2017. Now, most of them counted yesterday at the time of purchase, all but one. However, this morning they ALL say March 1, 2017.....this
means I didn't get my star.

i would not have spent all this money if it weren't for the offer of the extra star, I make a lot of purchases and I want to get the most out of my money with the extra percentage back on purchases. I just want that fourth star I was promised and spent all
this money to get........I know most of the games I bought yesterday will be much cheaper in the near future and only bought them now for the deal I was offered.

I seriously hope someone can help, I tried live chat only to find that there is NO live support for my predicament. Hope this makes sense and gets a response, thanks.

P.S.

my bank even lists them as feb 28, i checked online....

After reviewing your account, it appears that you were a few cents short of completing the offer. After investigating, it looks like you had a purchase of .99 that put you above the amount required, but that purchase was categorized as a pre-order in our
database, which caused it to be ignored (pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP). Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your MyVIP up one rank to reflect completion of this offer. After reviewing your account, we see that this missing rank did not
affect any payback after the boost offer in February. You should see this promotion by the end of next week.
