One of the most bizarre issues you will hear of.

My actual gamertag is even though I have no clue what my name on this forum is as this is the first time I used it. I made my tag in 2007 12 years ago. It is the first letter of my first name and the first 3 letters of my last name including the year
in which it was made. Verifiable by anyone who works for Xbox easily.

I know what you're thinking. But is the fact you probably frequent a certain adult website AUTOMATIC confirmation that the letter P exclusively stands for you know what? Also, among reasonable human beings should that be cause to change my gamertag? Because
an enforcement agent automatically assumes what the letter P stands for? Its a LETTER.

I play on a game Dead By Daylight. Unfortunately this game has gained a reputation for being toxic and players love to report eachother simply for losing. At least 17 people reported my name in the last 6 months. So in spite of what anyone is going to say.
False reports DO matter.

In December what I thought would never happen actually did. I had my gamertag forcefully changed to something like "Slick Kitten"....could that be more ironic? I am accused of referencing an adult website and they give me a name like " Slick Kitten". I couldn't
believe Xbox was essentially taking a stance of well "we here at Xbox believe the letter P exclusively stands for...a word that sounds like "nography" ". So I figured when I plead my case to a reasonable human being surely this will be taken care of.

It WAS taken care of. My case was overturned and they essentially apologized to me and allowed me to change my name BACK or to change it to something else. I changed it back.

You know whats funny? I didn't even know they decided in my favor until yesterday when once again my name got forcefully changed. It never even let me read the conclusion of the matter in December. Had I known what I actually happened I would've likely chose
another name simply because I wasn't 100% sure they were allowing me to do this for free.

So my tag gets changed again yesterday even though 1 month ago an enforcement agent saw reason and actually used logic and gave me my tag back. I thought well this is going to get annoying having to do this every so often. What happened? This new person
instantly upheld the decision. No logical explanation...no chance to plead my case. Actually had the nerve to include a little bit how people used to abuse this system for free name changes. When simply taking 5 seconds to go over my case it would be BLATANTLY
Obvious I am not one of those people and if I truly can't have my own tag of 12 years then I 100% should be able to change it free of charge.

So here I am.....oh. My new tag starts with the word "Vivid". You can't make this stuff up. So they assume I am referencing an adult website and then give me a name that contains the ACTUAL full name of a different adult company...

Is there perhaps some good people at Xbox who will see reason and just let my change my name for free? Or am I simply just going to get cookie cutter responses or none at all? This situation is ridiculous.
