    One of several who have not received $75 promo


    I purchased my xbox one console in early July and immediately set it as my home console. This was around July 10th. I received my personalized message on my 360 on July 7th. Several phone calls led me here. Please help me out, I am ready to spend it!

    I have still not received the $75 promo credit OR any correspondence regarding it.

    Promotion Details: I received the Xbox one upgrade promo on July 8th stating that if I upgraded to an Xbox one before the end of July and activated it on my account that I would receive a $75 promo credit.

    Date of Purchase: I purchased the Xbox one brand new at eb games on July 9th and immediately went home and activated it with my profile

    Promo Items not received: The $75 promo credit that I was offered

    I have still not received the $75 promo credit OR any correspondence regarding it. This is my second time posting this information to this forum. My first post has been up since Aug 30th and still no response from xbox support.

  9. Hey there, Grimcicle! I am very sorry to see that you did not receive your promotional currency. Unfortunately, if you have not reached out to us before 10/15/2014, we are unable to investigate your case. The final date to redeem the codes for this particular
    promotion was the above date; if we were investigating your case previously, the exception would be made for you. Additionally, to fully qualify, you had to purchase your console between 7/7/2014 and 7/31/2014 and set it as your Home console within that time
    frame.

    I am sincerely sorry to see that we are unable to provide the $75 promotional credit for you. However, you can always keep an eye out on
