    One of my windows store games keeps dissapearing


    One of my games (Ark survival evolved) wich I downloaded from the windows store keeps dissapearing, and by dissapearing I mean it doesn't apear in my library, and when i search for it in the store, i can either press play or reinstall, when i press play i get "ARK: Survival Evolved can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected."

    This isn't the first time this has happened, I don't know why, the only reason i could think of was that i updated windows, because yesterday i could play it, but i updated windows yesterday night before i went to sleep, and today i couldn't play it. Any advice is apreciated

    And by the way, sorry for bad grammar and if it sounded confusing, English is not my first language

    You can do that. You need to change your login to the microsoft store on that windows account login to the one that owned the content. You can have your content downloaded into 10 PCs max. You won't be able to move the save data between accounts, but
    both accounts can play the game even on PC

    Xbox says its connected to the internet, but XBL isn't working

    Same problem here as FummelOst. Cant connect to xbox live with either xbox one or app on windows 10, Also the Xbox one Smartglass seems to not wanna log in. When i log out from the account on Xbox one the store comes up but if and thats a big IF i can log
    in again it dissapears. Nothing wrong with any internet connection.
