    NOPE, doesn't work. Well I've tried everything, still can't change the privacy settings on Twitch.

    Sorry to hear it then. If you still cannot stream with that account (and I still believe that this is an account issue) you may need to contact phone support for more assistance. Be sure to give them the error code you posted above so they can look into

    Try accessing your account through the parent account in Settings to see if you can adjust your permissions. This does sound like a permission issue.
