One of my games (Battlefront 2, 2017) is no longer showing up in my library after...

Battlefront 2, like all of my games is installed on an external hard-drive. After attempting to open it multiple times today, I kept getting the following error code:

"Check your internet connection ... ... error code 0x80072EFD"

Despite what the error code implies, my Xbox was fully connected to the internet via an ethernet cable, and upon testing the network connection and the multiplayer connection, both were successful. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game, thinking that it was just a problem with the game itself. Upon attempting to reinstall the game, I got an error message saying:

"Looks like something went wrong. We weren't able to install the app"

After that, I decided to try again, and I went back to my game library, and into the "Owned Games" section, and now the game is no longer there at all.

This game was purchased on a disc, and installed on the external hard-drive. The game was NOT purchased through Microsoft, however I did play the game through Ultimate Game Pass to avoid having to put the disk in every time. Either way, I am now unable to redownload the game. Since it was a disc game, if I view the game in the Xbox store, it also does not give me the option to simply reinstall the game, rather it simply gives me different purchase options.

Is there any way to fix this?

I have already tried restarting my console multiple times, disconnecting and reconnecting the external hard-drive, and hard-restarting my Xbox by pulling its plug and reconnecting it. Not sure what else I can really do at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
