One of my game that I bought disappeared for no reason.

Forza Horizon 3, that I bought a year ago is not in my library anymore, its not in my purchased game but I still have it downloaded and also got the blizzard dlc. It says this error when I try to launch it: Actuellement, Forza Horizon 3 n'est pas
disponible dans votre compte. Le code d'erreur est le suivant : 0x803F8001

I'm sorry to hear that is happening. Did you buy the game digitally or via Disc? Is this something that recently happened where the game no longer launches? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps by any chance?

Also, I would recommend to go over your order history to verify that the purchase was done on your account. Sign in to your Microsoft account

 

Did you launch the store on the console and see if the game says owned or install?

 

I bought the game digitally (about 2 years ago) and yes I did troubleshoot it, its just different then anybody's. Here's some pictures that could maybe help you find whats my problem. It just seems like it just disappeared with no trace.

 

Ight, for some reason I bought the dlc on my account and the game on my brothers account by accident 2 years ago and I just realized it. Sorry for that. It works fine, thanks for your help guys xd.

 

Yeah sometimes those things happens, you need to be careful and verify first if you are logged with the right account before buying something.
