One of my completed tasks is not being acknowledged as being completed

I was having a problem with a task not acknowledging being done and decided to get in touch with xbox support and was directed here after explaining my problem and was told to give you a incident report number which is: 1375803937

Spartan ops heroic episode challenge

I have now completed the heroic challenge twice and still have not received my xp for the. It still shows the challenge as not being started; however, when I look at the episode levels they all are listed as being completed on Heroic. Can you please help
me figure out what is wrong?

Unfortunately, we don't have access to support tickets. After reviewing your account, I see three possible sources of confusion:

Your pre-order, which only completed one punch out of the three required for Games on Demand, has not yet awarded Credits since it needs two more punches.

Your consumable purchase last month, which did not complete any FREEdom offers, so it did not award offer completion Credits.

Your Warframe completion has not yet shown up on the FREEdom page due to a delay in processing on the 20th. The redemption link to a page with your platinum code should appear in the next few days.
