    One of my accounts wont let me sign in. W


    When I go to sign in it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." When I go to create an account with that email. It says it already exists. I got an email saying security info was deleted for my account relating identity verification app. And then got an email letter with a security code I didn't request. help

    When I go to recover your account. I also have an email that I do not recongize as a back up email under that email. I was able to get into recover but the password has changed.

    Do a hard reset, you might be able to sign in. After a hard reset I could, but still can't access any online stuff. F me in the A Microsoft.

    No amount of money can fix entropy. The servers are having issues, we have no idea why. Presumably it's more complicated and I'm sure someone is very unhappy to be up at 12 AM trying to fix it.

    The same thing is happening with me. I have not been able to sign in since this started. Seems that this is happening a lot with Xbox One. How can this much money be invested in this franchise and they cannot even keep the servers running? With Microsoft
    generating more than 93.5 billion US dollars in 2015, you would think they would be able to easily keep their customers happy.
