One Guide won't change channels AT&T Uverse

I'm using one guide without the kinect and it can not switch channels. Any tips? It knows what channels have what on them, but it can't switch to the channel.

Live TV AT&T Uverse Missing Channels

Hi, I am missing channels in the OneGuide for AT&T Uverse for Birmingham, Alabama.

I have seen others with Uverse having this issue across the country with XBOX One and Uverse

from multiple states.

Can we please have these looked at ? Makes it hard when some of those channels are Kids channels.

Uverse Local HD Channels incorrect - Knoxville, TN

The HD channel line up for local channels on AT&T Uverse (Knoxville, TN) is totally wrong. They show up correct in SD but the channel number are not correct at all in HD. Looking at some of the information in the guide it looks like it is display HD channels
for New York City.

You can't change channels without the kinect or an IR cable. The kinect is what sends the IR signal to the box.

I have seen the same thing. Then I try to change the channel with the uverse remote, with the same problem. If I go to the uverse guide and change the channel once, then everything works.

I have the exact same problem. In Memphis with uverse and xbox one, hd channels completely off. Can't even use the guide for my most watched channels. Microsoft, please fix!

I also can't find food network in the one guide, the one guide says the food network app is the food network channel but there is no actual food network unless I get out the uverse remote and manually turn to it.

I have AT&T Uverse also and my channel numbers are all screwed up. For example my CBS is on channel 1005 when its actually 1003. All my network channels are screwed up like that. I havent had the problem you are having with the channel numbers not inputting
correctly though. So far it works correctly when changing channels.
