    One Guide suddenly "not available"


    Last night, the One Guide app to watch Live TV stopped working for our XBox One. We have tried everything including restarting and redownloading the App from the app store. Every time we try to choose it from the menu, it says it's "Currently Not Available".
    What happened to the app and how are we supposed to watch TV??

    Xbox One One Guide Not Available in Canada

    I would like OneGuide to work with my Over the Air setup on Windows Media Center. I did manage to verify my solution works end to end including OneGuide by changing my locale to U.S. Trouble is of course the listings are not for my channels! I just need
    the OneGuide to be made available in Canada and I'll be a happy camper! It's spring 2014 what is the hold up? Is it going to take a letter to Mr. Nadella?

    I think you should give non-US users a discount from the costs of Xbox Live until OneGuide is working. This feels like a partial experience, and with no timeline, there's no guarantee that we will ever get it.

    I don't see a very strong commitment level from Microsoft on this one. You're letting me down!

    It may have been down temporarily while they deployed the patch. I hope your issues have been resolved.

    Thanks for the response. I noticed this as well. Curiously, as of 01/02/20 @ 10:01 EST the Xbox Live status page (and the in-console Settings/Network panel) states that all services are available, which is inaccurate.
