One guide not showing channel info

    One guide not showing channel info


    Ive been using one guide for years with no problem but in the last month, i can no longer see upcoming shows on the one guide tv listings, it just says no info available but if i click on any channel it'll show what is on in the small 10 second info screen
    at the bottom. So it's getting the proper signal and i haven't changed any settings. Ive deleted and reinstalled one guide to try that and it's just the same. It seems like bug in the app as why would it show the info on the channel requested but the guide
    just show no info available when the info is there. Anyone able to give me any ideas on how to fix it. Cheers.

    As of the 4th of January, I'm still experiencing the same problem as my original post, I've given up finding and answer.

    I just checked the OneGuide on my Xbox One X in Canada and it was able to successfully load up the proper channel listings for my Rogers Toronto cable feed including US channel information. I was going to report it as faulty in case it was a OneGuide App
    issue as happened last December but can't do so at this time because it appears to be working fine for me.

    If you would like to provide additional data to Microsoft for troubleshooting (ie maybe USA, Australia etc support is not aware of OneGuide issues) even if you don't have your console in the Dashboard Preview program, try downloading the Xbox Insider app.
    Once app is installed, press and hold the Xbox nexus button on your controller...then select the Report a Problem button. Select Apps as the category, then OneGuide as the sub-category and enter in your problem title and description.
