    One guide not downloading info on xbox but only on smartglass


    I have tried everything with support and nothing... I have the tv tuner from Microsoft and everything works well but the guide is empty... I just have the name of the channels... I tried different account, factory reset... even the offline update tool...
    nothing... please help

    XONE Smartglass app not in store

    Hi, I'm having trouble downloading the Xbox One Smartglass app on my Surface Tablet.

    When I search "Smartglass" in the Windows store, the only thing I can find is the Xbox 360 Smartglass app. I've tried doing it via the internet, but when I click on the 'Go to Windows Store' button on the website, the Store app starts, but it doesn't go
    to the download page for the Smartglass app.

    Is the app not available on Windows Surface Tablets or is there something wrong? Thanks in advance!

    Tv listings smartglass beta

    I'm in the preview program and have the latest smartglass beta on my android 4.0.4 phone when looking on the one guide there is no tv listings or favourites on the smartglass one guide section , it says setup live tv on you xbox one ( i have). however it
    showes the app channels from the one guide on smartglass beta

    any help on this issue thanks

    Hi @eagle94 and @toogood97. Are you seeing this issue only when viewing the clips from Xbox One SmartGlass or from the Xbox One console as well? If Xbox One SmartGlass, what specific device are you using? Thanks for the info!

    Xbox One Activity and Website activity are not the same

    The xbox.com site only shows info from the 360 at the moment. Not XBox one activity shows on the site yet. Only way to see the activity is on the xbox one it self of on the smartglass app.

    After Christmas the number of people playing have almost doubled. Guess they did sell alot more consoles/games than reported

    Because they have not updated the Xbox site to show Xbox One titles played yet. You can only see that info through the smartglass app.
