One guide no longer changes channels after preview update

I don't think the updated one guide with the channel listings is included in the latest public update, i had the one guide like in the picture on my console when i had the xbox one update preview installed but had to get my console replaced today so I've
not got the latest preview update anymore and no longer see channels and don't have the option to set my cable box.

Hi thanks for the tip, I tried that and changing the zip code to another area for months. The problem is that the lineup needs to be updated on the Oneguide service. Liberty changed the channels one year ago and I report it and 2 months later receive a message
that the changes were live and everything was fine. But Liberty changed the line up again like 6 months ago and I wait to see if the channels get updated and reset weekly the one guide but is the same problem that we have one year ago. The guide is for the
line up before the new change of channels. Oneguide needs to change on your side the channels.

It's been nearly a year since I've been able to use One Guide due to bad channel information. As my cable provider continues to add and move channels these changes rarely appear in One Guide. I have make several attempts to get help with this through forums,
chat, email and report submission on my Xbox One. I really don't understand how TiVo can update new channels or channel changes within 24-48 hours, but it takes months and multiple requests to get updates to the One Guide channel listings. There needs to
be a method to either submit these updates via a form or allow me to add channels manually to my One Guide. Once again I am listing the channel additions, changes and bad listings below:

The one guide is on my console. I was in the last preview beta, but I didn't think I was in this one - weird. I've done all the set up and it lists all the programme details, but I can't change channel?
