    One Guide "No info available" - Again


    On 12/31/19 my One Guide stopped providing channel listing information for my TV provider (currently Dish) and displays "No info available". The channel lineup is still accurate, but no programming data. I've attempted the suggested steps in this support
    article with no success: (https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/oneguide-live-tv/incorrect-show-information).

    This is the exact behavior as the previous One Guide app bug that started around 12/15/19, which I also posted about, and was ultimately corrected. Ironically, my support ticket from the previous issue was closed by Xbox Customer Support about an hour
    before it started happening again.

    Yeah, its been broken for a few months now, not sure if I'll continue to use it for just TV, so may as well sell it and get a stb.

    Thanks for the response. I noticed this as well. Curiously, as of 01/02/20 @ 10:01 EST the Xbox Live status page (and the in-console Settings/Network panel) states that all services are available, which is inaccurate.
