    One Guide lineup


    Can someone point me in the right direction,

    My Xbox one guide channel lineup is wrong. I went through the trouble shooting process to report wrong programming but it has been over a month and Xbox still has not fixed it. It is very annoying that I still have to use 2 remotes just to use the guide.

    TV provider: Southwest Arkansas Telephone COOP

    Zip: 71740

    Correct NBCHD channel is 506

    Shown NBCHD is 706

    Cannot find tv providers

    When setting up my tv and one guide, the console recognizes my satellite box, but when I try to get my tv lineup is says we cannot find your tv providers. I can watch live tv but can't get my one guide channel lineup. Help please?

    Oneguide channel lineup Charter Communications incorect

    My Charter is also incorrect. Charter recently added new channels and changed channel lineup for 37620 Bristol Digital. It still reflects the old channel lineup. They changed a month ago. I used one guide before. Hope to see update soon.

    Xbox one guide channels incorrect.

    Time Warner cable in my area just updated their channel lineup. So one guide is all messed up.

    Thanks, I had seen you post this in other threads so had already submitted a report via Xbox One also.

    Would you happen to know how long the process to fix the One Guide channel lineup takes ? Will we be informed or will my One Guide just automatically update once it is fixed ?

    Hi Kaija,

    Go into TV & OneGuide settings, then the guide section and you can change your Zip Code and lineup settings there.

    ^^Says alot about Sony not having a first party sports lineup. One game doesn't make it a lineup.

    Using digital lineup local or national and all channels are there, i can watch them but on guide has no information in the listings.
