one guide freezes and crashes

hi guys.

my oneguide started being very unresponsive. Clicking a button on a remote happens to start oneguide just fine but most of the time i get huge delay, with dimmed screen which results in oneguide not launching or TV app crash.

I ended up restoring factory settings and setting everything again, but the issue is still there. Running out of options. Any ideas?

I have also been having this problem. It happens with both the controller and media remote. I will click for the One Guide to come up and I will get the Xbox Logo in the upper right hand corner but the screen will be dark. One Guide doesn't come up at all
and I end up having to hard reset the system. This happens at least once a week, usually much more. Just hard resetting doesn't seem like it should be a permanent fix.

 

I was having the same problem that was described above. I was able to resolve this issue by doing a hard reset on the Xbox. To do this, press and hold the power button until the console shuts down. Give it a moment, then start it back up. Once I did this
I was able to use my TV app and then proceed to use the Oneguide.
