One guide data and profile pics keep getting deleted

You mention a original post, But I do have to ask if you are on the insider program or not. Also did you do a factory reset or offline update to reinstall the OS?.

About what Metal said if you believe your account is at risk please change the password of your email account associated with your gamertag normally stops them logging into your account.

says pretty much to check the cables and stuff like that, Have you already checked the cables?.

I am not sharing my account data with anyone but do have 4 other accounts on there that my children use. When the profile pics go missing, it is for all of our accounts. They return one by one as we log back in to them after the pics have gone missing. Every
account retains all settings. It is just the profile pics and the One Guide data so no TV channels can be found. After a rescan of the channels, it will work until both the profile pics and One Guide data go missing again. It is a very curious and specific
problem.

Indeed this seems a very specific issue probably related to the way these accounts are registered. I suggest you to contact xbox support in order to get this looked into:

I'm not on the insider program to my knowledge. I at first did an offline update because my console was getting stuck on the green loading screen. The problem of losing data was present before this. After it was up and running again, it worked for a few days
before my profile pics and One guide data went missing again. At this stage I did a factory reset but kept my games.

When the profile pics go missing, they are replaced with the default missing profile picture. They return on next login to any of the profiles. Both the One guide data and the profile pics go missing at the same time. All other data seems to be intact when
this happens.
