One Guide always starting up

You can always try and go to ‘My games and apps’ on your xbox guide and from there go to the search bar, enter in the name of the game ( Ex. Fortnite) and it should come up with the update. If it doesn’t you can always try and start up the game and see
if it pops up. If all else fails just go ahead and restart your console. Good luck and have fun!

I am having this problem too. I am in the preview program and it started with the betas for the march update. It crashes randomly while watching TV and almost always crashes when bringing up the side guide. It's driving me nuts >_<
