One Email and Two gamer tags, with so much progress on one, please help

So I have had one account, Xxbatmanbvbxx, ever since the Xbox one came out, however one day about a year ago, I was logging in and joining a game, and my Xbox all of a sudden went black, and I shut it off and it refused to turn back on or get off the loading screen, so I eventually had to hard reset it, and I have never been able to recover the account since, when I was young, my big sister set up my Xbox with her email, and she also set up my brothers Xbox with the same email, so whenever I try to log in, it just logs into my brothers, please help, I have had this account since the day the Xbox one came out.

Hello Cole, I see you know the Gamertag of the account, but to recover an account you need to know the email that was used to create it.

If you don't know the email, you'll have to find it or remember it somehow.

Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

2. Click on Sign in

3. Choose sign in options

4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.

Alright, so I started viewing my points on rewards.xbox.com and cashed in at 4,550 I received an email saying I'll received $25.50 use before next year well when I got on my xbox I had no currency. I looked for the email and it was sent to an old email
and an old gamer tag that I'm banned from. So I've been earning points on my current gamer tag and email and its been transferred into currency and sent to a totally different email and gamer tag? How is that? Why is that? How can I get that changed/fixed?
HELP PLEASE. Also I did a survey and got an additional $10 that was put on a different email and gamer tag then the two mentioned above. =|

thanks but one of the problems with that is one of gamertags is on auto renew and i dont know what to do about it and it still has 2 months left on the account i really dont want to waste money

@Juan Van - It can happen. I have helped many people here signing into a bogus account on xbox.com which has the same credential information linked to their main account. A simple fix is to recover the bogus account and change the email
address.

Please don't say it cannot happen, because it clearly does.

If windows live support won't help you get into the email, then no one here can help you.

I have lost a hotmail password before but was able to provide them the content they needed on a 6yr dead account.

If the account was hacked and in use, then that is a totally different situation.

I don't know where all these ppl think you can have 2 GT on 1 email. When its a 1-1 relation..
