One email, 2 Xbox live accounts

I setup this about for my daughter a while back when we got the XBox. I then added this account to the MS Family, but some how got two accounts under the 1 email address. When connecting to the Xbox live via the PC it uses another games tag instead of this
one. And i can't change the user to get XBox user.

Any idea of to merge the two or reconcile the two accounts?

What secondary account bro? What are you talking about? I'm trying to change the email assocaited with my Xbox Live account. I don't want that Email ANYMORE!

My new email is 2 months old already. That's the one i'm trying to use on my Xbox Live account.

Could you confirm that both are under the same email, maybe you are signing in with a different account

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you have an issue with a couple of Microsoft Accounts that have been created. If you're seeing two Microsoft Accounts or Gamertags that means there are two emails involved.
If you have an Xbox One Console you should sign into the Xbox Live Account you're trying to use and go into your "Account" settings. In there press "A" on the "Sign-in, Security & Passkey" setting. In there you should see the Microsoft Account Primary Email
address. Give it a try and let us know with a reply how it goes!
