one drive is not getting started

Assuming this is a simple issue (but sometimes, if you are unlucky, things can get very complicated), the usual things to check is

1. do you see the OneDrive logo on the bottom right corner

1. are you able to access OneDrive fine on your mobile phone app or on the browser

1. have you, 'hit search' and found OneDrive?

1. If you found OneDrive, are you able to click on it, and manually launch the OneDrive folder

1. do you see the OneDrive folder in your file explorer on the left side along with your other folders

1. are you sure you have updated windows (including the OneDrive that gets updated automatically)

1. do you see the OneDrive and OneDriveFile in task manager?

1. in 'Services', do you see the OneDrive Update Serivce? Have you tried running it manually

There are so many things that can go wrong with OneDrive. The more information you can give, the better we can help

Note: I just noticed, you have put this in the Xbox forum. this is a PC issue right? if it's a xbox issue, then, these steps are not valid OfCourse.

I would try to remove the hard drive from console and then start it up and see if it still does the same thing on start up - If it does then then console does need to be repaired.

If it starts, then you have a bad hard drive and will need to get that repaired if under warranty, or purchased a new one if out of warranty. Or Use a USB until you can replace the hard drive.

I watched the video and before I start anything, do you know how to backup files somehow? I don't want my computer to not start working cause I have windows on a drive that I am going to reformat. Is there a way I can get windows on another drive than select that one as windows, then reformat the other drive?

Fixed: I had to delete the update on my hard drive and start the game again to get the new one because it wouldn't give it to me.

It looks like a problem with the removable Hard Drive. With one game - Pacman - I get an update request. When starting that I get a error warning -0185. Which refers to a storage device. Although Pacman is installed on the memory unit of the xbox360 proper.
When I remove the hard drive, and start up the console and the Pacman game, it no longer asks for an update and the game is playable. On the hard drive itself however everything is working, all the installed games can be run from the hard drive. All other
Arcade games on the memory unit are also playable with the hard drive inserted ...
