Once AGAIN my rewards are NOT depositing into my account! PLEASE HELP AGAIN!

hello, I seem to have a constant rewards account issue! I purchase ALOT of games and get ALOT of rewards, not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I would expect that would make you guys want to help me MORE with the amount of $ I’m spending! Basically
I went without ANY rewards for over a year and then made several posts here over that year then all the sudden around April or so last year I FINALLY got all my pending credits dumped into my account and was happy for once. Unfortunately that was short lived
caused I haven’t gotten ANYTHING since then and just checked all my pending credits and they are significant (143,000 rewards pending currently)! What do I have to do to get another dump working??? PLEASE HELP!!!

for reference, shortly after this post (link below) last time was when I suddenly got my rewards so someone over there did something, could you please pretty please push this up the ladder to whoever did it then? Btw I live in USA and always have so not
sure how my billable primary account would have ever got messed up!

Please HELP this is my 6th post now and it's been over a year, this is unacceptable service!

Rewards not deposited

Xbox Live Rewards has been extremely inconsistent with my account.

It used to be once a month, then after my first issue I received some points on my account a year or more later.

It's been a year or more since I've received my rewards, and was once again transferred here. An email that told me there was an issue and to come to this forum.

Please help restore this issue to Gamertag:

After 2 years my credits are still not added to my account

Been trying to get my rewards for 2 years now, twitter has been no help, multiple posts to these forums haven't helped but here I am trying again....

My account needs attention.... please support people, give it some attention, it hasn't worked once in 2 years...

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and
thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will
be resolved. Your deposit in February was a result of an attempt of this team to test a solution for this issue. Unfortunately, this was not a permanent fix. We apologize for the inconvenience.
