On the Xbox live version of the Capcom arcade cabinet how do I download all 17 games?

I recently bought the $4.99 plus taxes Xbox live version of the Capcom Arcade Cabinet and to my dismay it only has about 3 or 4 playable games only with a scrolling message on the screen that you can download all 17 games but doesn't give you any hints as to even how nor if I have to pay extra because If I do I feel sovereignly cheated because for that I would have waited a little longer and buy the physical copy from Amazon instead so has this been a huge mistake and waste of time or is there a way to download the rest of those games free as I did pay for the Xbox live freaking version.

Do you own the
Capcom Arcade Cabinet: All-In-One Pack as well? That pack allows access to all content for Capcom Arcade Cabinet. If you do own that content, follow these steps:

Highlight the Capcom Arcade Cabinet game tile on your Xbox One dashboard and press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller
Select 'Manage game'
Within Capcom Arcade Cabinet's 'Manage game' screen, check the 'Ready to install' list to see if any DLC is listed on that page.

Yes the $4.99 is only the base game and you have to buy the full version to get all the games. You can also purchase them a la carte
