On the Xbox Console, we are sitting on the rock, can't move or reset.

Hi all,
On the Xbox Console, we are sitting on the rock and can't move anymore. Please note that Anna options or Rewind's options won't work. I was reading some posts to reset the game with the Left stick on the controller, however, this option is not working as well. Thank you all for your help.

P/S: I already preached my son not to drive on the rocks.

i got stuck under a rock and now after 62% done, i have to completely start over because i can't move the way the rock has fallen over me. can't jump, can't blast the rock etc. so i don't know when i'll restart the game but boy am i upset!

Recording on a Internal Drive. Viewing it on my xbox. When trying uploading the 4k HDR to xbox live it just sits on uploading and doesnt move. This is a new development. Ive reset the console two times with no change. I recorded something 5 days ago with
no problem.

sorry for the delay, but I have restarted my xbox one with no difference, I have also done a hard reset on the console and unplugged it from the wall let it sit for 15 minutes and still I can't access the gold section of the xbox store, any other suggestions?
