    freezes up on microsoft jigsaw

    why does Microsoft jig saw freeze up I was doing a master puzzle ad would have to do a restart the screen goes black when ever you try to place pictures also the sound is distorted

    Totally agree you have to present a solution or we will have to quit the puzzle due to they

    are tinny and my tablet do not have space to solve it and it take a lot of my free time.

    you should be able to use the scroll wheel on mouse (if you use one), and it zooms the screen in or out, or use the scroll bar on right side of screen.

    Have you tried clearing your cache, I know this may seem insignificant but it can sometimes help clear up issues such as the one your describing. Hope this helps

    Sorry this occurred for you QuietCargo, unfortunately there have been some ongoing issues with micro puzzles for some time. Many folks are having issues with it. I have heard no answer yet that Microsoft is looking into it, nor if even the Xbox folks are
    responsible for them. My best suggestion is to go to the support website at support.microsoft.com and report your issues there. Hopefully with enough feedback they can look into the underlying issues to fix the game.
