On the menu screen when I press the right button I go right then jump back all the way left...

What exactly is your Xbox console model? Just to confirm, are you trying to sign in or add your account to your console?

Click the "Menu" button. A sidebar menu appears on the left-hand side of the television screen.

Press the up arrow on the remote control to highlight the "Wide" option on the menu. Press the center "OK" button on the remote's directional keypad.

Use the left or right arrow keys to move to the "Wide." Press the "OK" button again to select this screen aspect viewing option. Wide mode is the only screen aspect option that turns off the overscan feature, which usually displays a set of black boxes on
the top and bottom or right and left sides of a picture.

Press the back button to bring up the menu screen, then press X to bring up your character stats. Left side will be Strength, Vitality, etc and the right side will be any status effects, such as blessings, yellow orbs, etc.

Go to the app and load it and when you get to the screen asking you to restart just press -up,up,down,down,left,right,left,right,up,up,up,up. A menu should pop up then go down to sign out
