On the game astroneer I can't join my friends, and all of my cosmetics I had are all gone.

We understand that you are having issue with joining multiplayer game. Let us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured, we will do anything in our capability to assist you with your concern.

There are two possible reasons why you cannot join multiplayer games. It is possible that your online and privacy settings to create and join clubs and joining multiplayer games settings are not allowed. It could also be due to the Network Address Translation type (NAT) connection of your PC that is restricted.

To change online privacy settings of your account, follow the steps below. Take note that if your account is managed by parent or organizer of Microsoft Family settings app, only the parent or the organizer can change. Child account can only see the settings.

• Log in to https://account.xbox.com/settings
  
• In the navigation tabs, click Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety
  
• Select Allow for You can create and join clubs, and You can join multiplayer games.
  
• Then click Submit
  

If the account is managed by parents, here are the steps:

• Log in to https://account.xbox.com/settings with the parent’s Microsoft account.
  
• Click the child account's profile.
  
• In the navigation tabs, click Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety
  
• Select Allow for You can create and join clubs, and You can join multiplayer games.
  
• Then click Submit.
  

To check if for your NAT type connection, follow the steps:

• For Windows 10:
  
  • PC Settings > Gaming > Xbox Network and check the NAT Type.
    
  • Look for NAT Type and error message/code.
    
  • Please reply with any error message/code you notice.
    
• For Windows 11: Install Xbox Console Companion app from Microsoft Store (click here)
  
  • Launch Xbox Console Companion app.
    
  • Go to Settings and select Network tab.
    
  • Look for NAT Type and error message/code.

For your issue on losing the custometics and achievements, please check if you are signed with the right accout that you used to sign in before when you play the game a year ago. You can check also the achievements in your account.

lol it seems like this problems more in cananda then anywhere else strange

says its up and running for xbox live servers ... but I still cant send messages/friendrequest/parttyyinvites .. etc.

is it fixed yet for anyone because i still cant see them
