    My Xbox has started showing pop ups when it goes idel. The screen goes dark and half of it is coverd by a msg as showmen in the image. the movie still plays and it dose this in Netflix and on dvd playback. Only started in the last 2 days. How do I stop
    this from Happening? I know I can get rid of the msg by pressing a botton/ moving the thumb stick but it comes back when it goes idel again.

    I would like a the option to set as "Busy" or to disable notifications as I find pop ups ruin Netflix. I dont want messages when Im watching Dexter or Sons of Anarchy or anything else for that matter!

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. We have a few steps to try for this issue. Firstly, let's make sure that your console is receiving

    sufficient ventilation     around it. Try testing out another profile on the console to see if it's also experiencing this issue on the console. We also recommend making sure that the console is plugged directly into a wall outlet and never into a surge protector
    or power strip. Also, make sure to check the energy saving settings and the Instant-On settings. Try turning them each on and off. Thank you.

    Keep getting disconnected

    Starting six weeks ago, I'll be watching Netflix and a message pop up that I am disconnected from Xbox live. I log back in watch for a while and it happen again. It also happens when I watch a DVD. Intgeresting!

    Hello,

    My suggestion is to delete the Netflix and xbox video app and download them again. If this doesn't works you should check your modem settings and try to connect your console directly

    I have waited up to 3 week for achievements to sync up correctly. I have also had random achievement pop when I have been watching Netflix
