on PC XBOX app it says My Account is suspended, but there's nothing on enforcements

Please know that some enforcement actions are issued on the same day the violation occurs, while others may take longer due to an investigation. If you receive an enforcement action when you're not actively on the Xbox network, it could be tied to previous activities. Keep in mind that the Community Standards for Xbox have no statute of limitations, meaning a player can face enforcement actions at any time for past violations.

An email is automatically sent to the Microsoft account linked to your Xbox profile when an enforcement action is issued. This email provides a general notification of the action and includes links to additional information.

If you received an email and can't see any suspensions online, please allow some time for it to appear online. Once it's visible, you can go ahead and submit an appeal.

Since you did not receive an email, try signing in and out of your account from Xbox app and see if that's just a bug. Or log in to your account to a different Xbox app on a different PC to check if you still get the same message.

So, it already passed almost 54 hours since I received the enforcement, but I can't see anything at all opening the link in the mail. As yesterday, when I try to log-in the site reload but nothing happen

I don't know what to do, whenever I open my Xbox Gamepass app on the phone or the PC it says my account is suspended, but it didn't tell what kind of limitation, the reason and for how long it will last

I’ve done that still nothing I call Microsoft they say my accounts suspended and they can’t see why. I’ve tired so much nothing I can’t get of hold of the enforcement any way.

I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.

It keeps popping up on my xbox game pass app on my phone that my account has been suspended but when I log into my account there are no enforcement history reports at all?! It also says on the contact us page that there is an enforcement but again the page is clear.

I seem to be able to still use my account on xbox and to be honest this is the only way I've been on my account so I'm not sure how I've got an enforcement as I've just been playing Two point campus and house flipper!

Is there a way to stop the popups or can an xbox person look into it for me? I tried to contact someone but it was unavailable!

Exact same issue her. Started around last week. I’m not suspended, I don’t even play online games. Keep getting the notification though when opening the gamepass app.
