but still cannot access market place , download profile, avatars store & demo...

just bought Minecraft Java Edition for my sister and wanted to play multiplayer, but it's grayed out and I have to activate Mutliplayer somehow.

Have already looked on the Internet and was then also at the X-Box privacy settings (https://account.xbox.com/de-de/settings), but then come back again and again to the support page and can not change the settings, because I do not have the possibility to do so.

Is there any other way, or are the X-Box servers somehow down that I just can't access the site today?

Would be nice if anyone can help me.

I'm having the same problem. I bought my white X-Box back in 2007 and the game just won't work. I've tried installing to HDD and get "cannot read disc/disc dirty" errors at 40%. I spoke with X-Box support who said that the disc drive was starting to fail
and that since my X-Box was out of warranty, I'd have to spend $100-120 + tax + shipping to send it in to get fixed. I tried to play it on my buddy's X-Box Elite and got the same problems. I've exchanged the disc and got the same problem. HELP!!!!

Hi I have bought gtav for me to play on my son's x box 360 however when he originally set his x box up he put on parental controls and he cannot remember the password he used! I have tried re setting the whole settings but cannot. Any help would be greatly

Oh, I forgot to specify that! I bought it on the microsoft store, for my x box series x, and I want to download it onto my x box.
