Let me explain something briefly, if you see any of these 3 options, it is possible that your network is blocked or interrupted.

- NAT type: not available in network settings
- Error code 0x89231806 when you try to join a group chat session
- I can't get a Teredo IP address when you select Test multiplayer connection in network settings.

You should be clear that without a reliable and stable network connection, you cannot join a group chat or play some multiplayer games.

So you should check if everything is fine on your router's side:

1) Make sure your router has the latest updates.
2) Make sure your router has Teredo connectivity enabled. You can find out how to check your router's Teredo connectivity in its manual or on the manufacturer's online support site. For Apple AirPort and AVM FRITZ!box routers, see:

Thank you for your response.

That was one of the troubleshooting sites I tried. I have already gone through every step on that guide, in order and without overlapping. However, my Xbox continued to show Unavailable NAT type.
